Spring Course Programme

Booking on our next season of digital media courses for April to June 2008 open 25th February.

Our new season of DIGITAL DEVELOPMENTS weekend workshops runs through February and March 08. Sound artist and kinetic sculptor Ray Lee leads off on 23/24 February with Electronics For Artists.

Our April - June evening and weekend course programme covers much of our regular core, with Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Illustrator, Digital Photography and Dreamweaver sessions. We've added lots of School holiday projects for Easter, like "Make A Film In 3 Days", "Animation Mania" and a new "Family Animation" day.

Open Access Print

Our monthly Open Access sessions on Sundays allow use of all of our facilities, including the Epson SC Pro 7600 printer. Large format, high quality print up to A1 - with a compelling price.

Accomodation

For those travelling from further afield, we've arranged a special discounted accomodation deal for people attending our workshops. A Friday or Saturday night can be had at nearby Waterloo Hotel for only £35.00. Please ask the Box Office for details when you book your ticket.

 

Sound:Space 2008

Our Sound:Space Symposium event for this year is now approaching.

Our lead artist at the 2008 event is kinetic sculptor, Max Eastley, whose work will be shown in the "Kinetic Drawings" exhibition in our Gallery over the Autumn.

Our call for works for the group shows of interactive/video and 2D work is out now. Deadline: Tuesday 27th May. Application forms can be downloaded from the Sound:Space website.

Xtend: Dance For Camera 2008

Our second Dance for Camera submission exhibition is showing in the Atrium at SHP during the Lift Off! Dance Festival season from 4th February-March 2008.
